Human Resources Director
The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to:
○ Undertake strategic planning, compensation and benefits, performance management and employees development.
○ Carry out man power planning and effective recruitment.
○ Collate training needs and drive the training process.
○ Responsible to support the day to day operations of Human Resources department.
○ Payroll preparation.
Qualification:
○ Experience at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
○ Salary & other benefits commensurate to the qualification & experience will be offered.
